Tranmere Rovers will host Championship side Leicester City in the second round of the Carabao Cup.
The fixture will be played at Prenton Park in the week commencing August 28th, with a date and time to be confirmed.
Rovers overcame Barnsley 7-6 on penalties in Round One, following a 2-2 draw at Oakwell.
Meanwhile the Foxes, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, beat Burton Albion 2-0 at the Pirelli Stadium on Wednesday evening.
The two clubs famously met in the final of this competition in 2000, where Leicester emerged 2-1 victors at Wembley Stadium.
Joe Murphy was in goal that day, and also played in the win on Tuesday night.
