Midfielder Lee O'Connor spoke about how Tranmere Rovers have been unlucky in their last two League fixtures not to come away with anything, but says they have to be more clinical in order to get results.
“I think both of second half performances [over the last two games] have been very good but you need to be doing it for 90 minutes even though I think we should of got something from both games, if you don’t take your chances you don’t get anything unfortunately.
“I think the three changes the manager made added some energy into our game and it gave us the licence to create chances but again, it was just that finishing touch we lack.
“Norris and Jennings have both apologised for missing their chances but it happens, hopefully, next time we put them to bed.
“I was disappointed not to start but when I found out I was coming on I wanted to do well for the team but I also wanted to do well to show that I should have started. Hopefully, I’ve given the manager something to think about now.”
