Tranmere Rovers look to make it back-to-back away wins when they travel to Harrogate Town on Friday 29th December (7.45pm kick-off).
Nigel Adkins’ side ended their wait for a victory on the road in emphatic style on Boxing Day, overcoming Salford City 5-1 to move ten points clear of the bottom two.
Only three teams in League Two have taken more points than Rovers in the last six games, all of whom are in the top seven in the division.
Tranmere now travel to a Harrogate side also coming into form, having won their last three. The Sulphurites sit 12th, just three points off the Play-Off positions.
Forward Kristian Dennis will be out for around a month with a hamstring injury that he suffered in the defeat to Walsall on 16th December.
A knee injury has also put defender Jéan Belehouan on the sidelines for the time being.
Rovers went into the Salford game with an unchanged side from their victory the previous weekend at home to Swindon, and supporters can expect a similar set-up for this Friday evening’s fixture.

One to watch: George Thomson
George Thomson’s stoppage time goal against Accrington Stanley on Boxing Day ensured Harrogate made it three consecutive wins in League Two, as their climb up the table continued.
The midfielder has now found the net seven times this term, six of which coming in wins for the Sulphurites. He has contributed three assists as well, including one last time out.
Thomson had spent all his senior career in non-league until winning promotion to League Two with Harrogate in 2020. The 31-year-old has made over 200 appearances for the club since he signed six years ago, while they were plying their trade in the National League North.
Head Coach: Simon Weaver
After beginning his playing career with Sheffield Wednesday, Weaver was well-travelled on the non-league circuit as a centre-back.
The 46-year-old began his managerial career with Harrogate as a player-coach in 2009, before being appointed manager in 2011.
The Doncaster-born boss has been with the Club ever since, taking them from sixth tier struggles to maintaining their League Two status since promotion from the National League in 2020.
Weaver led Harrogate to FA Trophy success in 2021, beating Concord Rangers 1-0 in the postponed 2020 final behind closed doors at Wembley.
