Tranmere Rovers Football Club are committed to making the Club a safe and welcoming environment for all. We want everyone, regardless of sex, race, religion, or gender to be able to come and enjoy games without fear of abuse or discrimination and we know that the vast majority of our fans support us in those aims.
When entering Prenton Park, players, staff, fans and members of the community are all deemed to accept the terms and conditions of the Ground Regulations, which can be found HERE. If you see or hear any discriminatory or hateful behaviour on a matchday you can report it in person to a matchday steward or any member of Club staff, or if you prefer, via text or whats app anonymously on our incident line
07399 152692. The incident line is monitored constantly throughout the match, enabling the control room to direct cameras and stewards towards the reported area and take appropriate action. In some cases, a simple warning is all that is needed to resolve the situation, but in more serious cases discriminatory or hateful conduct may lead to some very serious consequences, including stadium bans and/or police prosecution.
It is equally important that our fans can enjoy the match when we are playing away from Prenton Park, and we expect fans to follow the same protocol as would apply at Prenton Park. Sadly, at our recent away game at Crewe, there were reports of a small number of individuals making hateful comments that were reported by our fans after the event. Therefore, we want to inform supporters that our incident line is also in operation for away games should you need to report anything you see at an away fixture.
Any non-urgent concerns outside of a matchday environment can be addressed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Club has a proud history of a passionate fanbase that embraces all sections of society, and we will continue to work hard with our supporter groups and partners to ensure everyone feels safe and included at Prenton Park or when following Tranmere on the road.
