Tranmere Rovers can confirm a further friendly as part of their 2023/24 pre-season schedule, which will see us host Wigan Athletic at Prenton Park on Friday 28th July in a 7pm kick-off.
Rovers confirmed our other pre-season friendlies earlier this month, as part of a schedule which kicks off with a trip to Vauxhall Motors on Saturday 8th July (2pm), followed by another local fixture at Southport on Tuesday 11th July in a 7.15pm kick-off.
After Ian Dawes’ squad host an Everton XI at Prenton Park on Saturday 22nd July at 2pm, they will now entertain Wigan Athletic the following Friday evening.
The squad will also take in behind-closed-doors friendlies with Rochdale and Fleetwood Town as they prepare for the 2023/24 season.
