Tranmere Rovers are thrilled to announce an exciting new fan zone for our next generation of fans.
The fan zone is set to be open on Monday the 8th of May, and it promises to be a fun-packed area for all U14 Rovers fans. This will be a trial in hope it proves popular and can become a permanent matchday feature in the 2023/24 season.
The fan zone will be held at the club's Recreation Centre, Prenton Park, and will feature a range of activities that cater to all tastes. The event will include gaming, football, board games, and drawing activities plus a player appearance.
E-sports is a growing trend, and Tranmere Rovers wants to give young fans the opportunity to try their brand new E-sports arena. Fans will have the opportunity to use the state of the art gaming facilities where they can compete against each other on some of the latest games.
For those who love football, there will be a football session on our futsal pitches where fans can show off their skills and play matches with their peers. The football area will have coaches on hand to provide tips and tricks on how to improve their game.
If football is not your thing, there will be a board games area where young fans can play with each other and try their hand at some classic games. This is a great way to socialise and have fun with friends.
Finally, there will be a drawing area where the SWA2 can express their creative side by drawing pictures related to football and Tranmere Rovers. These drawings will be displayed on the club's Rover the Dog Twitter account.
This event is open to all under 14 Tranmere fans, who will be attending the Tranmere Rovers vs Northampton game. It's a great opportunity for young fans to have fun and meet other like-minded kids who share the same passion for TRFC.
The SWA2 Fan Zone will run from 10am to 12pm and the entry is free. The Recreation Centre can be found via the Borough Round entrance to the Stadium by The Legends Bars.
