Tranmere Rovers full-back Dan Pike has reacted to this afternoon’s defeat at Stockport County.
The side lost 2-0 to the Hatters, who are top of League Two, following goals from Isaac Olaofe and Antoni Sarcevic.
“Conceding early is not ideal. I should’ve done better for the goal,” Pike said. “I thought he was offside, but I’ve still got to track him.
“I thought we showed good resilience...Even though we went down to ten men, we still created chances and defended well.
“Everyone’s aware of it, it’s not good enough away from home. We’re trying but it’s not going our way at the moment. We just need to keep digging in.”
