He was voted League Two Player of the Month in August after a bright start to the season.
After beginning his senior playing career in non-league with Uxbridge and Wealdstone, The Sudan-born winger moved to Shrewsbury Town in 2018, before spending part of 2019 on loan at Colchester United.
After a couple of years at Scunthorpe United, Eisa joined Bradford where he spent another two years prior to his move this summer.
Manager: Paul Hurst
49-year-old Hurst spent most of his playing career with Rotherham United, where he played over 430 league games.
Now an experienced manager, the Sheffield-born man has taken charge at Shrewsbury, Ipswich Town and Scunthorpe before his second spell in charge of Grimsby.
Hurst was previously joint manager between 2011 and 2013, before taking the reigns in sole charge between 2013 and 2016, gaining promotion from the National League with the Mariners in 2015/16.
