What's On | Wrexham (H)

1 September 2023

Tranmere Rovers face newly promoted Wrexham at Prenton Park on Saturday September 2nd (12.30pm kick-off).

This is a highly anticipated fixture following Wrexham’s title-winning National League campaign last season, with a large crowd expected at Prenton Park for the game.

It will be the first time the two sides have met since a 2-2 draw in January 2018, the year Rovers returned to the EFL via the Play-Offs.

Here is what’s on at Prenton Park tomorrow afternoon!

TICKETS

Supporters will need to have previous booking history with the Club and will need to already be registered on our ticketing system to purchase tickets.

Though we regret the inconvenience this may cause, we must put the safety of supporters first.

Any ticket sales purchased knowingly for Wrexham supporters in the home end will be cancelled due to a breach in the ticket terms and conditions and ground regulations.

Tickets can be bought online in advance by clicking here and can also be purchased in the Club Store.

Any remaining tickets will be available to buy on the day, both online and in The Club Store, with the same restrictions applied.

CAR PARKING

Car parking at the stadium is full.

Those who have already purchased parking or have a parking season pass will be able to park at the stadium on Saturday.

No more spaces will be sold between now and the game.

Road closures are in place from 10am, therefore the only way to access the car park by vehicle is via Woodchurch Lane.

There is a Residents’ Parking Zone in place which means only permit holders can park on the roads around the ground. Please make sure to check signs when parking.

PRE-MATCH

Turnstiles at the stadium will open from 11am. Please arrive at the ground as early as possible to avoid queues.

Aldo’s will be open from 11am.

TROSC membership packs are available for collection until 12pm. The TROSC bar will be open during and after the game.

There will be no live music after the game.

FOOD AND DRINK

Hot dogs and a selection of pies will be available across the stadium, while Cowshed burgers will be available in the home end only.

Fries will be available in the Argyle Satellite Taxis Kop Stand and the Bebington End.

A Kids meal deal offer will be available for £5 in the home end only.

There will be vegan options on offer at the ground.

Additional bars will be open across the Kop concourse, Joshuas Jewellers Johnny King stand and the Cowshed (away end), serving a range of beers, ciders and soft and hot drinks.

PROGRAMME

Our official matchday programme will be available to buy for £3.50.

Inside there is a look at the opposition, an exclusive interview with Connor Jennings and more.

You can purchase your copy at The Club Store, the Joshuas Jewellers Johnny King Stand or the Argyle Satellite Taxis Kop Stand.

A digital copy of the programme will also be available for free on our website an hour before kick-off.
