Connor Wood says Tranmere will continue to aim high, as the League Two season enters its run-in.
Rovers are 17th in the division, though the teams above them are congested, with 7th to 16th separated by just three points.
Tranmere head to Forest Green Rovers on Saturday 24th February, looking to carry over the momentum generated from last weekend’s 4-0 win over league leaders Stockport County.
"Results at the very beginning of the season weren't what they should have been, for the squad that we had. I think in recent times we've been showing the quality that we do possess,” said the Rovers full-back.
“We've really been playing catch up and not showing the quality that we did have until further on in the season.
“When you beat a team like Stockport that convincingly, it does give you all the confidence in the world to feel like we can achieve great things together.
“I think everything looking forward is positive, and we should be aiming for as high as we can.”
