Regan Hendry says the Tranmere squad have used last weekend’s postponement to “refresh and start again,” ahead of the trip to Grimsby Town.
Rovers were set to head to Swindon Town last Saturday, but the game was called off due to a frozen pitch at the County Ground.
The side travel to Blundell Park for their first match in two weeks, looking to bounce back to winning ways.
“We had the weekend off last week, so it was good to refresh and start again,” the midfielder said.
“We’re just trying to develop what we’re doing at the moment. We’ve been pretty consistent, we’re getting quite good at what we’re doing, we’re not easy to beat anymore.
“It’s a good place to be. We’ve pulled away from the bottom two, but it’s about getting ourselves as high up as possible.
“We’ve done our homework on [Grimsby]. They’re a different outfit to what they were when we played them earlier in the season. We’re looking forward to the game.”
