Safeguarding Staff
Due to the expansion of the Club and the increase in the number of staff who work in different parts of the Club, regularly with Under 18s, there have been developments within the infrastructure to meet these demanding changes.
The approach was designed to develop a wider spread of Safeguarding support throughout the Club. As a result of changes, a new Safeguarding structure has evolved and has been reviewed and updated as indicated below:
