Forward Rushian Hepburn-Murphy became Tranmere Rovers’ 10th summer signing when he moved on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.
The Birmingham-native is a graduate of Villa’s academy, progressing through the club’s youth system to make his professional debut in March 2015 in a 4-0 victory away at Sunderland aged 16.
Becoming Villa’s second youngest ever player in the process, Hepburn-Murphy has gone onto feature 13 times for the Second City outfit both in the Premier League, Sky Bet Championship and Emirates FA Cup.
To gain career experience, Hepburn-Murphy was loaned out to Cambridge United in January, making 11 appearances in Sky Bet League Two, scoring two goals, away at Grimsby Town and Carlisle United.
Hepburn-Murphy’s next switch would be to link up with TRFC at Prenton Park in August, agreeing a season-long deal with Micky Mellon’s men to play his football in Sky Bet League One.
He is also an England youth international having represented the Three Lions at U16, U17, U18, U19 and U20 level.
Rushian is still available to sponsor the 2019/20 season.
