Qifan previously worked with Wanda on Spanish soccer educational exchange programmes. He is a native Chinese speaker and has spent time in the US; he is now living in the UK working as Asian Development Manager.

Qifan is responsible for the Asian programmes that are run at the ISA and is focussed primarily on young player development and education.
