What's On | Notts County (H)

31 December 2023

Tranmere Rovers welcome in the New Year at Prenton Park against Notts County on Monday 1st January (3pm kick-off).

Nigel Adkins’ side are in fantastic form, winning six of their last nine league matches, and are now only three points away from the top half of the table.

Rovers were 2-0 victors at Harrogate Town on Friday night, their third win in succession, thanks to goals from Charlie Jolley and Tom Davies.

Notts County are enjoying a good season after promotion from the National League last term. The Magpies are fifth and have scored eight goals in their last two matches.

Here is what’s on at Prenton Park as we begin 2024 on the pitch!

We recommend buying tickets for the match online in advance. By doing so, fans can enjoy discounted prices and can download their ticket to their digital wallet or as a PDF.

Tickets will also be available to buy on the day from The Club Store, with a £2 price increase after 12pm.

There will be a bucket collection for Birkenhead Comets Cheer, who will also be performing at half time. The group were selected to represent the UK at the All Star World Championships in Florida in April. They are fundraising not only to assist with the costs for this, but to help two Ukrainian athletes on the team, Yassa and Tonya.

The flag bearers before kick-off will be Heswall U7s Colts.

Hot dogs and a selection of pies will be available in both the home and away ends, while Cowshed burgers will be available in the home end only.
