What's On | Doncaster Rovers (H)

19 October 2023

Tranmere Rovers host Doncaster Rovers as Friday Night Football (7.45pm kick-off) returns to Prenton Park this week!

Rovers are three unbeaten on home turf and need the full support of the SWA to get back to winning ways, after defeat at Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.

Doncaster were victorious against Sutton United last time out and will be desperate to end a bad run of form on the road, which has seen them win just once on their travels in the league.

Ahead of a big night under the Prenton Park lights, here is what’s on for the match!

TICKETS

We recommend buying tickets for the match online in advance. By doing so, fans can enjoy discounted prices and can download their ticket to their digital wallet or as a PDF.

Tickets will also be available to buy on the day from The Club Store, with a £2 price increase after 5pm.

Fans can buy tickets online by clicking here.

CAR PARKING

Car parking at the stadium is full.

Those who have a parking season pass, or have already purchased parking for this fixture, will be able to park at the stadium.

No more spaces will be sold between now and the game.

There is a Residents’ Parking Zone in place which means only permit holders can park on the roads around the ground. Please make sure to check signs when parking.

AROUND THE GROUND

Friday is our Rainbow Laces matchday, and we will be celebrating with a shirt display of different coloured Rovers shirts from over the years.

There will be a bucket collection for our LGBT+ Supporters Group Rover and Out, who will also be taking part in the crossbar challenge at half-time.

We are also delighted to welcome several of our overseas supporters to tomorrow night’s game!

Aldo’s will be open from 6pm.

FOOD AND DRINK

Hot dogs and a selection of pies will be available everywhere in the stadium, while Cowshed burgers will be available in the home end only.

Fries will be served in the Argyle Satellite Taxis Kop Stand and the Bebington Paddock.

Cowshed King Kebabs will be available in the Kop Stand, as well as The Curry House’s Chicken tikka masala, served with fragrant rice, naan bread and chutney.

There will be some meal deal options available in the home end:

  • Pie and any hot drink - £5
  • Kids meal deal - £5

Vegan sausage rolls will be on offer in the Kop Stand.

A selection of snacks and soft and hot drinks will be available across the stadium – as well as a range of alcohol.

Allergen information is available at all kiosks, so please ask a member of our team.

The Ian Muir Lounge will be serving fish, chips and mushy peas with tartare sauce, or a vegetable burger with chips. This will be followed by a slice of cake for dessert.

PROGRAMME

Our official matchday programme will be available to buy for £3.50!

Inside there is an exclusive interview with young goalkeeper Conor Robson, who recently signed his first professional contract with Rovers, plus lots more.

You can purchase your copy at The Club Store, the Joshuas Jewellers Johnny King Stand or the Argyle Satellite Taxis Kop Stand.

A digital copy of the programme will also be available for free on our website an hour before kick-off.
