Tranmere Rovers manager Nigel Adkins pointed to the team spirit of his side after they defeated Wrexham 1-0 away from home on Saturday afternoon.
"Together Everyone Achieves More, you could see that. We got off to a great start again. Away from home.
"Big Norris goes and gets his first goal since coming back and it's a good finish. After that, it's fair to say we had to go and fix bayonets. They were in the ascendancy so we couldn't keep the football.
"They had the ball, the amount of crosses that came in, blocks, Joe Yarney, Brad Walker, Jordan Turnbull, Lee O'Connor, great blocks. We had to defend it."
