Now working with the First Team as Player Development Manager, Alan played for Rovers between 1992 and 2002, and was part of the squad which reached the 2000 League Cup Final.
Alan is a passionate, enthusiastic member of the coaching staff with management experience at the likes of Llandudno FC and Colwyn Bay, specialising in the development of players from youth to the first team.
Alan works day-to-day with the first team at The Campus, and combines his work with a coaching role at local side Vauxhall Motors FC.
