Luke McGee is a tall and agile goalkeeper known for his commanding presence, shot-stopping ability and distribution skills.

Born on September 2nd, 1995, his career took off when he joined the Tottenham Hotspur youth setup in 2012. During his time with Spurs, he made notable contributions to the club's youth teams, and gained valuable experience on loan at Peterborough United. 

He has since represented Portsmouth, Bradford City and Forest Green Rovers, where he became a key player, helping them win the League Two title in 2022.  He signed for Tranmere in June 2023 initially on a one-year contract.  A vocal leader who organises his defence and communicates well with his teammates, McGee has quickly become an integral part of the squad and extended his deal through to the end of the 2024/25 season.
